I recently had surgical removal of impacted teeth at OS Clinic, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. The reception team was friendly and efficient, and the nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. My surgeon was highly skilled and professional, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in expert hands. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to their excellent care and clear post-op instructions. Every member of the team at OS Clinic went above and beyond. If you're looking for a clinic where the staff truly care about your well-being and deliver top-tier surgical care, I highly recommend OS Clinic!

I would highly recommend the Private GP Practice, Eisman Myers, at Golders Green. I have seen Dr Eisman on a number of occasions over the last couple of years, and every time we end the consultation I walk out with a spring in my step having been reassured in every way possible. She is highly professional, thorough, patient, friendly and extremely reassuring, and I continue to recommend her, and the practice generally, to family and friends.

Not a good experience. I was referred by my physio for an MRI on my foot, and at no point was I told that the scan would include both my foot and ankle as separate items. I assumed it would all be part of one scan. I was charged for both separately, which brought the total to £1,050—an unexpectedly high amount, especially for a young person trying to manage costs. I was not given any quote or cost breakdown beforehand, which is extremely disappointing.I had the scan done on a Tuesday and was told I’d receive the results within 24–48 hours, but I didn’t get them until a week later. The lack of communication, unexpected charges, and delays made this a very frustrating experience overall. Never ever one to complain but this meant a massive deal to me!

I was terrified but the consultant had a lovely energy was understanding and kind and showed me great understanding and respect of my circumstance overall she couldn’t have done anything better which made my experience bareable
