A top class service from Ritchie and Dr Chris. I had no prior knowledge of TRT before finding Urban TRT and the amount of help and information I received was second to none. Emails are answered really quick at all times of the day or night by Ritchie. I had no hesitation about starting TRT with this company at all. Parkside Hospital's staff is friendly and caring. The hospital is extremely well organised and the atmosphere relaxing. Patients are treated like individuals. The warmth and friendliness of the reception staff is helpful when one is nervous and in pain.
