Very welcoming and friendly

I found the whole experience much less weird than I thought it would be. The staff were all friendly and efficient and made me feel at ease.

Great service on the whole, a few of the night staff weren’t so attentive. Very clean, very quiet, nice to not be disturbed too often and good was excellent with lots of extra drinks on offer too Dorota was great and even went in search of a peppermint tea for me / Sylvia and Paula very helpful, approachable and friendly too. My consultant, who isn’t on your list : Mr Vathanan was excellent. Very personable, listened to me throughout and very professional

I have been a customer since about 1998, and the fact that in my mid Seventies I am still in good health, actively jogging, hiking and skiing, part-time working and enjoying a good marital life is good evidence for the enormous positive impact the treatment by Dr. Carruthers and by those who succeeded him has had. On top of that, I have found all the staff working in the Centre to be invariably very helpful, competent and friendly, making interactions a pleasure. Parkside Hospital's staff is friendly and caring. The hospital is extremely well organised and the atmosphere relaxing. Patients are treated like individuals. The warmth and friendliness of the reception staff is helpful when one is nervous and in pain.

A very good customer care. Surgery delayed for over half an hour without any update or explanation. Anaesthetist was rather formal and not engaging.
