It is great going to the Nuffield - very friendly staff and pleasant environment. I could feel myself getting calmer whilst sat in the waiting room ahead of my appointment. Very professional staff.

My appointment was on time, waiting areas were spacious and tidy. Outpatient nurses and receptionists on the front desk were all friendly & helpful.

Staff who assisted during procedures were very kind and helpful, especially Tara. Staff Nurse Louise very professional and helpful

Overall very good the staff were helpful, supportive and caring. The meals I had whilst in hospital were not of a good quality
