Over the past few years I have been to the Hospital on a number of occasions and have always found the standard of everything very good.

Excellent service, reception customer service, politeness, tone and professional. Appointment handled with equally professional approach. CQC Would be very impressed indeed

Surgery was cancelled on the first occasion due to flooding in theatre from a blocked toilet. Otherwise everything went smoothly

Doctor and nurses we saw were excellent. Reception staff seemed less competent. We received multiple letters about the same thing, they often came after the appointment date and they booked the wrong dates.

Highly recommend

Sometimes the staff on reception are too busy talking amongst themselves to acknowledge and book in waiting patients - I have been late for an appointment because of this.
