The Circle staff at Reading provided very timely and professional care at all stages of the required operation and treatment with very good explanation of the process at all visits including post operation care, assessments and Physiotherapy.

I was very happy with my treatment. Manpreet the optometrist was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. She put me at ease immediately and took time to explain everything clearly. Reece , my first point of contact was always helpful and welcoming.

Parking was easy enough. All staff exceptionally helpful and friendly and we were lucky to be seen slightly early.

Great service on the whole, a few of the night staff weren’t so attentive. Very clean, very quiet, nice to not be disturbed too often and good was excellent with lots of extra drinks on offer too Dorota was great and even went in search of a peppermint tea for me / Sylvia and Paula very helpful, approachable and friendly too. My consultant, who isn’t on your list : Mr Vathanan was excellent. Very personable, listened to me throughout and very professional

I have used the Manor Hospital on many occasions and it remains an excellent facility.
