The hospital was very clean , had great staff who were very polite and helpful, nothing seemed to much trouble .

Arrived for my 2nd cataract operation and was seen with minimal waiting time. Operation carried out swiftly and painlessly. Friendly receptionist telephoned for a taxi to take me home afterwards.

Can't rate this highly enough...from walking through the door, all staff were friendly and cheerful!

Great service on the whole, a few of the night staff weren’t so attentive. Very clean, very quiet, nice to not be disturbed too often and good was excellent with lots of extra drinks on offer too Dorota was great and even went in search of a peppermint tea for me / Sylvia and Paula very helpful, approachable and friendly too. My consultant, who isn’t on your list : Mr Vathanan was excellent. Very personable, listened to me throughout and very professional

The hospital is clean and welcoming

Life changing experience One year on from my CFS experience, I can't think how it could have gone any better. The initial assessment was thorough and filled me with confidence, the surgery (intra-lasik to tackle myopia and astigmatism) went exactly as described in their Oxshott surgery, and the follow-up care was first-rate. Based on my experience, I'd be pleased to recommend Mr Daya to anyone. I know others who have used some well-known facilities in London and had nowhere near the same level of care.
