Based on Numerous visits during last twelve months for different medical complaints

Very friendly and helpful. I got an appointment the same day and subsequent appointments were always available. Communication initially had a couple of hiccups but was soon remedied. I would recommend the Highfield hospital.

Out patients, ward and theatre staff; professional and friendly.

Every communication was clear and staff are professional. I had slight confusion over the car park as the barrier was up, whereas I had been told to pull up to the barrier and use the call button to gain entry. Adequate parking if you have an early appointment but I can foresee parking difficulties as the day goes on.

Friendly staf,f clean environment didn't have to wait very long for appointment.
