My entire experience with Professor Brookes from start to finish has been exceptional. From the explanations pre-op, to the day of the op itself and then post-op. He was professional, kind, warm and friendly.

He was so informative, and explained everything clearly. On the day of the procedure I felt confident in his approach and he put me at ease, equally the follow up appointment was just as good.

Haven't had such a great experience with a doctor in years or probably ever

Appalling unfortunately. No patient collaboration, care, compassion or understanding. More of “I’m the expert so you will do as I say” approach which didn’t work for me and my husband. Poor unprofessional bedside manner which was quite shocking for example, used/took my phone in the consultation to speak with her secretary to speak about other patients, made unhelpful comments, didn’t fully explain the clinical rationale for doing certain tests, was dismissive in her manner and lacked any empathy.
