Very friendly, attentive and efficient staff. Easy to park compared to most hospitals and the catering was very good. Only negative was the room was uncomfortably warm and would benefit from air conditioning. Overall an excellent experience and would be very happy to use this hospital again.

My mother was diagnosed with the Sickle cell trait, so I wondered whether I inherent it. That's when I found out about The Red Drop through an advertisement, I got in touch and they were so helpful in terms of listening to my concerns because I didn't even know what exactly test I should do in order to get a diagnosis. The Red Drop’s doctor talked me through the whole process and guided me throughout the process, I honestly could not feel more cared. The process is very straightforward, if you have any doubts you can ask in advance before placing an order for any test, and afterwards test is delivered at home. For the Sickle cell test, I had blood taken from my vein, in one of their collection point, which was very convenient for me. The test results were ready within 24 hours, together with the Red Drop doctor's advice, which personally made me very happy, provided I'm quite an anxious person. Overall I'm very happy with the services and the value of money.
