I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hospital and its team for the excellent care I received during my recent surgery. From admission to discharge, every aspect of my experience was managed with utmost professionalism and compassion. Alongside Prof Plaha we are deeply grateful to the entire GenesisCare Oxford team for the incredible support they provided throughout my mum’s cancer journey. From the radiologists to the oncology nurses, administrative staff, and patient care coordinators, every single person we encountered treated us with warmth, dignity, and unwavering professionalism. They not only helped guide us through an overwhelming and frightening time — they did so with grace, humanity, and consistent reassurance that we were never alone. Prof Plaha and the GenesisCare Oxford team are more than healthcare providers — they are healers, guardians, and champions of hope. If you are ever in need of cancer treatment or neurosurgical care, know that there are heroes at GenesisCare Oxford — and we will be forever thankful they were there for us.

Just a fascinating and wonderful service, from Deborah and Lisa front end to maja and Sam not to mention Martin, raj, Justin and janka. Whilst I wouldn’t wish cancer on anyone, if you want top notch treatment , Genesis Havant is wonderful

Lovely surroundings to be when going through the worst time in your life. Having been a patient here for a year the welcome at reception is wonderful. The staff at alternative therapies and the gym are caring and wonderful. The nursing team at Chemo are lovely on the whole, however there have been times I’ve felt awkward and a nuisance to them especially the manager who doesn’t come across as partially warm which has left me very upset at times. In additions the breast care nurse hasn’t been in touch following my op months ago which I can’t fathom. All in all I’m happy with Genesis Care - I just think they need a slight tweak in their processes and their compassion.

I cannot fault the way I was looked after during chemotherapy then Radiotherapy. All the staff we're very friendly, helpful and reassuring, a lovely, calming environment, the care i recieved was first class.
