The staff, all of those encountered, were welcoming and friendly. The health care assistant had a reassuring manner. Mr Matthews explained procedures clearly and himself was friendly and reassuring.

Great staff everything explained throughout procedure and visit. Aftercare however terrible tried to contact between procedures but unable on hold more than 15mins at a time gave up. Referral after 2nd eye from optician saying i needed medication waited 2 weeks no word from optigra. Still waiting and stressed

Totally stress free experience

My overall experience from the beginning to the end of my Refractive Lens replacement process was faultless. I would like to praise Mr Goel and his team for the way they dealt with the particular challenges I presented. My vision now exceeds the expectations I had before undergoing the procedure. I would recommend Mr Goel to anyone having problems with their eyes or vision.

I’m disappointed with the waiting time, both at the clinics and for my 2nd eye operation. Apart from my initial assessment I have had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen, especially as there was only one other person in the waiting room when I had my post op check up. I am frustrated at having to wait 5 weeks for my 2nd op, especially as I’m paying privately to have this done; it means I am unable to exercise or swim for many weeks. I have no issue with the clinics or staff (apart from the surgeon recording the wrong eye!) and my first eye op seems to be a success, which is life changing.

A very nice hospital clean friendly and bright parking is a little too tight but good bus service.i would be very happy to receive treatment at this hospital again.

Excellent. Very friendly but professional. Appreciated the surgeon's candour regarding my eyes. Was able to get follow up appointments easily if I had the slightest concern.
