Very straight to the point and helpful advice and exercises that got me back on my feet and able to run the marathon this year which I thought was going to be out of the picture. My experience with Bodyset has been very positive overall, the staff are so friendly, clinic is clean and nice, the mobile application has been very useful for me to keep up with my daily exercises at home between the sessions. Would definitely recommend!
