I was fully informed of all procedures. All staff were polite and friendly, and the entire process was carried out easily and within delays.

Experience was good overall. Slight delay in surgery led to a bit of dehydration. Everything else was great.

I would particularly like to highlight Mary; she treated my mother with the highest level of respect, kindness, compassion, and care, going above and beyond to assist with my mum's condition. Very nice clinic everything was quick and professional.

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.
