Excellent. Admin team and support very good. Efficient with great communication

The overall experience was very good but with some reservations about the amount of internal meetings the doctors and staff attend. In general the nurses and staff are very helpful. Of particular note was the excellent lower ward court manager Tahera Taurobally. She was always attentive and extremely helpful to my husband when he visited me. My only minor issue is that as flowers are allowed in the room could they please provide plastic vases. !! Careful consideration should be given to the high weekly costs for care.

I turned to Weightmatters for psychological therapy with the hope of "rewiring" my thinking, especially around how I used food to cope with emotional pain. Dr Kenneth Lee, at the London Psychiatry Clinic, has been brilliant throughout the journey of diagnosing and medicating my son, who has ADHD. Dr Lee has been professional, kind, caring and overall brilliant with my 11 year old.
