really efficient and friendly

I had an excellent experience with Dr Barton. I came to her at the end of perimenopause suffering from severe symptoms and having previously used another private clinic who gave me completely the wrong advice. It took a while to find the right approach but Dr Barton was always highly responsive, answering my many emails outside of appointments until we cracked it. She’s highly knowledgeable and invested in gettting the best outcome for her clients. Would highly recommend.

No problems, all good on all my recent viists

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.
