The appointments are always taken on time and the waiting rooms are very comfortable. This is an excellent hospital in every respect as the attention to detail is obvious.

Receptionists were on the phone and clearly acknowledged me when I sat down waiting for them to get off the phone. Bloke comes in and stands staring at them on the phone and they treat him as first in line. Incredibly insanely rude.

Hemmen is an incredible nurse with a great understanding of functional health. He has made a genuine and personalised effort, helping me connect the dots between symptoms, lifestyle, and long-term wellness rather than “quick fix” advice. His advice is practical and sustainable. He’s also just a great person to work with. He is super supportive, easy to talk to, and genuinely invested in his clients’ progress. From my very first consultation, Dr Panagiotopoulos demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and expertise. I was understandably anxious about having a pericardial cyst removed, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, putting me at ease every step of the way. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt truly cared for — not just as a patient, but as a person. Dr Panagiotopoulos combines world-class surgical skill with a warm, approachable manner that inspires total confidence.
