I can’t recommend Dr. Teresa Castiello highly enough. From my first appointment, she put me at ease with her warmth and professionalism. Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

No complaints at all Everyone was very professional and friendly.

Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.

The team were super helpful and friendly. The wait time was amazing - literally booked me in 2 hours later with a consultant. Happy with the experience so far!
