The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility.
