Every member of the Nuffield team I have met, has been welcoming, friendly and willing to help in anyway they can.

A very nice hospital clean friendly and bright parking is a little too tight but good bus service.i would be very happy to receive treatment at this hospital again.

Excellent communication and facilities

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.

I came to Pure Sports Medicine for the first time with a recurring, intense back pain, I could barely move. The staff is very nice, and the facilities and equipment are great. Aisling helped me from the first day with basic exercises and over time helped me build up with tailored exercises and a review of my running and upper body routine. She was very friendly, caring and professional. We identified areas where I needed to focus more and designed a training plan together. I now feel a lot more confident to train and reach my objectives.

The centre is very nice, you can have a drink while you wait, the staff are polite and professional, it was spotlessly clean and the waiting room was very comfortable.

Everyone was extremely helpful and put me at my ease. The examination was thorough and I did not feel rushed. My concerns were treated seriously.
