I felt comfortable and confident whilst there. Even the unpleasant block ’ experience was handled so well. I would certainly recommend the team to anyone needing similar surgery.

The centre is very nice, you can have a drink while you wait, the staff are polite and professional, it was spotlessly clean and the waiting room was very comfortable.

The receptionist was very welcoming and checked me in rather than me doing it on the tablet. Which I appreciated.

No wait times. Everything completed efficiently

Doctor and nurses we saw were excellent. Reception staff seemed less competent. We received multiple letters about the same thing, they often came after the appointment date and they booked the wrong dates.

Everyone was friendly but professional.

Overall a notably professional service (staff and facilities). The booking in method of using a tablet wasnt the best user experience for me due to the software being a bit clunky and not liking some of the answers entered.
