After trying various dental practices with waiting times up to 6 weeks for treatment I contacted The York Dental Suite and was able to book an appointment within 2 days. I was very impressed with the receptionist who confirmed my booking and welcomed me on the day. The treatment was carried out very professionally and in a very friendly manner. I would highly recommend The York Dental Suite and will definitely use them for any future treatment.

What a TEAM!!! my experience with the service at Discover Laser has been FANTASTIC. All the team are very knowledgeable, friendly passionate about people and truly care about the right skin journey that's right for you. From the doctor who is exceptionally knowledgeable, gentle and professional, to the receptionists who are always smiling and warm to the owner who is beyond professional this place is a GEM. It's a slice of high end cosmetics in the heart of Burnley. I know money is tight but Discover Laser is very reasonably priced. Yes it's a little more expensive than other smaller and independents but I truly was happy paying for the outstanding service and treatment I receive. The one thing that will keep me coming back most is their honesty, safety and that they truly have a passion for skin care and people above money and profit. I am excited for my future journey with Discover Lazer :)

Although my overall experience was good and I am happy I had the surgery, there are some negatives to my experience. I was put off by the doctor and nurse chatting socially over me all during the procedure. I felt it was too much and I wanted the doctor to fully concentrate on my procedure. No one told me anything about what I might experience afterwards in the early stages. I had a really strong pounding in my ears. Also no one asked me if I had tinnitus, which I have, and which was much worse for a few days. I was anxious this would never improve. I fed this back to the nurse who rang me and she said she would talk to a doctor. However no one ever contacted me about it. I don't think enough care was taken to make sure both my ears looked the same. That's been disappointing. I find I'm now unable to wear earrings for pierced ears. This is beyond disappointing as I'd been wearing them for 45 years. They are always difficult and sore to put in and take out now. I feel you should advise people to leave re piercing for a much longer period than 6 weeks, which is what I was advised would be enough time. Finally, I needed more of the ointment supplied and did not find it easy to obtain more without saying what it was for, which I was reluctant to do. A larger tube would help here.

My appointment went very well and put my mind at rest by explaining the cause of my concern.
