Every time I have visited the Nuffield for either appointments or surgery the experience has been excellent, friendly staff, short waiting times and excellent facilities.

All the staff were very kind. I had a great experience. The hospital was also very clean and nice

I have always found the Nuffield Hospital to be very professional and efficient

I have no criticism off any aspe t of my experience

Receptionist would perhaps benefit from some customer service training. But overall everything was fine.

A very pleasant experience.

The whole experience was perfect.

All staff at the Nuffield were professional and caring. I experienced a short delay for surgery due to a misunderstanding regarding medication. I had cause to return to the hospital over a medical concern but I was give an appointment the same day and treated by a Doctor promptly on arrival. The catering staff also deserve mentioning as the food was delicious and delivered with a smile!
