Very good and learnt a lot about myself and how to manage my life

I have been to therapy before but it was never really easy to just talk about myself. After some time I thought of trying again, this time face to face and met Katherine. She was amazing at listening and questioning - allowing me to connect different aspects of my life to gain a deeper understanding about who I am. From starting the sessions with a lack of self-confidence, confusion and heartbreak, I came out feeling so much lighter and a sense of better direction. I never felt judged or pushed by her, it was a safe space. I definitely recommend her!
