Staff friendly, no long waiting time , free parking, free tea and coffee. Can’t ask for much more

Doctor and nurses we saw were excellent. Reception staff seemed less competent. We received multiple letters about the same thing, they often came after the appointment date and they booked the wrong dates.

The staff were friendly and efficient and provided further information as needed.

The hospital have been great. I had a lovely room and was never rushed.

Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.
