Appalling unfortunately. No patient collaboration, care, compassion or understanding. More of “I’m the expert so you will do as I say” approach which didn’t work for me and my husband. Poor unprofessional bedside manner which was quite shocking for example, used/took my phone in the consultation to speak with her secretary to speak about other patients, made unhelpful comments, didn’t fully explain the clinical rationale for doing certain tests, was dismissive in her manner and lacked any empathy.

Ms Vijaya was from the offset, very knowledgable about my medical history and very thorough in fully understanding my health issues. Ms Vijaya was very approachable and explained everything comprehensively.
