At every one of my 10+ visits to the clinic when it was based at the Gurnard Pines site and the new site at Newport Road, Cowes I was greeted warmly and professionally. Both the sites were assuringly hygienic and yet made you feel relaxed for the whole session

Felt my appointment was “routine” not specific to me, my questionnaire hadn’t been reviewed, when I mentioned an issue I had, it was suggested I start a treatment which I was already taking. Definitely less than the half hour I was expecting, cost isn’t important but didn’t feel I had value for money (this was my 4th visit).
