It is great going to the Nuffield - very friendly staff and pleasant environment. I could feel myself getting calmer whilst sat in the waiting room ahead of my appointment. Very professional staff.

Always pleasant staff who along with doctor were very reassuring. Follow up phone call morning after procedure was very welcome.

I found nothing to fault and plenty to feel very pleased about. I would like to make special mention of the faultless professionalism of Carmen, the patient liaison manager.

My appointment was on time, waiting areas were spacious and tidy. Outpatient nurses and receptionists on the front desk were all friendly & helpful.

Overall very good the staff were helpful, supportive and caring. The meals I had whilst in hospital were not of a good quality
