Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.

It is impressive how quickly Kajal was able to diagnose the cause of the problem and work in a progressive way to address it. Appointments are on time, functional and clear directions are given about the work to be done at home between appointments. Kajal worked on me and on each of my two sons and we all had a similar experience whereby our issues were quickly resolved. I recommend her highly.
