Welcoming reception, easy to find

All helpful and friendly but had to wait for appointment due to needing to take another hospital call

A fantastic hospital with a lovely atmosphere, where all the staff are very friendly and empathetic. The single rooms are wonderfully quiet allowing you to rest and recover more easily. Thank you for looking after an NHS patient ☺️

Fantastic team

Doctor and nurses we saw were excellent. Reception staff seemed less competent. We received multiple letters about the same thing, they often came after the appointment date and they booked the wrong dates.

Very clean

All the staff I had contact with were very supportive especially in theatre area. However I felt the cleanliness of my room although clean to start with this standard was not kept up during my 36 hour stay. My gown and dirty sheets were just left on the floor throughout and no bin was emptied or bathroom cleaned which surprised me.

Everything was good

I was well looked after in comfortable surroundings with good care from all hospital staff.
