a refreshing experience

Couldn't of had a better team of professionals put my mind at ease and make me feel so comfortable.

Very friendly, attentive and efficient staff. Easy to park compared to most hospitals and the catering was very good. Only negative was the room was uncomfortably warm and would benefit from air conditioning. Overall an excellent experience and would be very happy to use this hospital again.

All the staff I had contact with were very supportive especially in theatre area. However I felt the cleanliness of my room although clean to start with this standard was not kept up during my 36 hour stay. My gown and dirty sheets were just left on the floor throughout and no bin was emptied or bathroom cleaned which surprised me.

It’s a very good hospital and very convenient for me to visit from work I’ve been impressed

At a time of anxiety the experience was well managed and I would highly recommend my consultant and Ross Hall.

All staff at the Nuffield were professional and caring. I experienced a short delay for surgery due to a misunderstanding regarding medication. I had cause to return to the hospital over a medical concern but I was give an appointment the same day and treated by a Doctor promptly on arrival. The catering staff also deserve mentioning as the food was delicious and delivered with a smile!
