Only had an initial consultation but very pleased with the clean relaxed environment and friendly staff.

The team at Guy Gold was exceptionally friendly and efficient, making my experience remarkable. I strongly recommend this service for individuals dealing with short or long-term health issues. I would particularly like to highlight Mary; she treated my mother with the highest level of respect, kindness, compassion, and care, going above and beyond to assist with my mum's condition. From the initial consultation to my exit the service has been exemplary!! I would personally like to thank Dr Sarah Rollins for diagnosing my problem and Sam Birch who has patiently and diligently erased my knee problem I cannot thank the both of you enough!!

Not a good experience. I was referred by my physio for an MRI on my foot, and at no point was I told that the scan would include both my foot and ankle as separate items. I assumed it would all be part of one scan. I was charged for both separately, which brought the total to £1,050—an unexpectedly high amount, especially for a young person trying to manage costs. I was not given any quote or cost breakdown beforehand, which is extremely disappointing.I had the scan done on a Tuesday and was told I’d receive the results within 24–48 hours, but I didn’t get them until a week later. The lack of communication, unexpected charges, and delays made this a very frustrating experience overall. Never ever one to complain but this meant a massive deal to me!

I’ve been coming for physio and the team are great so decided to have a sports massage as I needed to find somewhere after moving to the area last year.

I’ve seen two other physiotherapists in the past for my shoulder and neither were able to relieve the pain. Juhi was very helpful from the start with mobilisations and exercises that challenged increased the strength of my shoulder to the point now where I have no pain at all!

Really good clinic

My experience with Bodyset has been very positive overall, the staff are so friendly, clinic is clean and nice, the mobile application has been very useful for me to keep up with my daily exercises at home between the sessions. Would definitely recommend!
