I was well looked after in comfortable surroundings with good care from all hospital staff.

Everything was good

A fantastic hospital with a lovely atmosphere, where all the staff are very friendly and empathetic. The single rooms are wonderfully quiet allowing you to rest and recover more easily. Thank you for looking after an NHS patient ☺️

All helpful and friendly but had to wait for appointment due to needing to take another hospital call

Staff and just amazing. The care overall was brilliant. Surgical team made me feel so comfortable as my procedure was done while awake. Just excellent.

Doctor and nurses we saw were excellent. Reception staff seemed less competent. We received multiple letters about the same thing, they often came after the appointment date and they booked the wrong dates.

All the staff at the park hospital are excellent. The facilities are 1st class too.

Receptionist would perhaps benefit from some customer service training. But overall everything was fine.

I have used the Manor Hospital on many occasions and it remains an excellent facility.
