Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.

We recently met Mr Alrifai to commence immunotherapy treatment for my husband. As soon as we walked through the door he instantly put us at ease with his wonderfully warm and caring smile. He has an incredibly kind and personable manner which is hugely appreciated. It is not easy commencing cancer treatment but Mr Alrifai took his time to make sure we knew exactly what the next steps looked like and to answer any questions we had no matter how big or small they were. We feel really fortunate and so very grateful to be under the care of such a lovely man.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos and the team at Cleveland Clinic. From my very first consultation, Dr Panagiotopoulos demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and expertise. I was understandably anxious about having a pericardial cyst removed, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, putting me at ease every step of the way. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt truly cared for — not just as a patient, but as a person. Dr Panagiotopoulos combines world-class surgical skill with a warm, approachable manner that inspires total confidence. Thanks to him, I’m now recovering well and finally free of the discomfort and uncertainty that came with the cyst. I’m incredibly grateful to have been in such capable hands. Everything was fine

Surgery was cancelled on the first occasion due to flooding in theatre from a blocked toilet. Otherwise everything went smoothly
