Doctor and nurses we saw were excellent. Reception staff seemed less competent. We received multiple letters about the same thing, they often came after the appointment date and they booked the wrong dates.

Life changing. George House felt like a safe place, with the perfect balance of being friendly and professional. We felt so well understood and not judged, there was a lot of compassion and relateability. I learnt so much about addiction and about 'being' in general, understanding and learning why and how to cope with things and to be kind to myself and recognise different ways of thinking.
