Very quick wait time in comparison to other options. My clinician was very friendly and eased my anxiety very quickly. I had Melson Shoko and he was excellent.

Dr Michelle McCreesh was lovely and had lovely bedside manner and made me feel at ease. The option of going to the phlebotomist for blood tests was excellent as I tend to need them for my blood to be taken.

The family DBT group offered us a completely different and valuable kind of support: practical tools, shared understanding, and a sense that we weren’t alone in the messiness. The skills we learnt helped us show up differently in how we relate with our daughter, with more honesty, more care, and more choice in how we respond to each other. It wasn’t easy, but it’s been deeply worth it.
