Immediate - efficient - effective After 17 years of sobriety I lapsed. I knew I needed immediate help. I found the assessment and registration process focused and efficient. Within weeks I was attending group sessessions and 1-2-1 counselling. The facilitators were extremely experienced providing the input that was needed for me to establish and consolidate my recovery and construct an achievable and maintainable plan. This was aided by a weekly addiction support group with participants that were not only empathetic they also provided an effective source of inspiration.

Very pleasant modern facility with very good staff. Like so many hospitals....parking is a problem. The new car park open opened by the hospital is far too small. The parking problem will get a lot worse if the council proceeds with their proposal to mark all nearby roads on this industrial estate with double yellow lines. .....this will reduce nearby parking spaces by around 60 cars.

Consultant was fantastic, lack of response from secretary disappointing.
