I turned to Weightmatters for psychological therapy with the hope of "rewiring" my thinking, especially around how I used food to cope with emotional pain. At the time, I was uncertain and even skeptical about whether real change was possible. But looking back now, I hardly recognize the version of myself who first walked through those doors. The HCA practice at The Shard is a very convenient outpatients medical centre with a number of experts who I've seen in recent years. Consultations are easy to arrange and convenient and diagnostic facilities excellent

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

Supremely grateful to have had the privilege of working with Thomas. His focus on results, all while giving me the space to learn and fail as I went on this journey, was transformational. I feel like I have been reeducated and I now have the tools to do what is right by my body and mind.
