The schedule for the sessions was very well organised and managed. The nurse conducting the sessions was so friendly and put me at ease straight away so it was never a chore. Steve is engaged and attentive all while remaining professional with his work. He asks deliberate questions which promote reflection and challenge the ways I think. He has always been well organised with booking sessions and flexible with rearranging on occasions where I may be busy. It is clear he has substantial knowledge and training in his field but with a personal and mindful touch. He is excellent at creating a comfortable and safe space to open up about anything I would like, as well as actively listening to things I want from therapy.
