Excellent customer service and quality care all the time.

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.

It is important for me to feel the hospital and staff who will be caring for me have a high standard for the service they provide

I found all staff members were polite, courteous and friendly from all those I met. Nothing was not too much trouble and were happy to help me when I needed it.
