The reception team was friendly and efficient, and the nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. My surgeon was highly skilled and professional, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in expert hands. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to their excellent care and clear post-op instructions. Every member of the team at OS Clinic went above and beyond. ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

Over the past few years I have been to the Hospital on a number of occasions and have always found the standard of everything very good.

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.
