I turned to Weightmatters for psychological therapy with the hope of "rewiring" my thinking, especially around how I used food to cope with emotional pain. Told me it would take 10 mins to get my prescription and they ended up making me wait 50 mins and then telling me they couldn’t give me one of the medicines on my prescription and couldn’t give me back my prescription. Really rude staff at the pharmacy counter
