I came to Pure Sports Medicine for the first time with a recurring, intense back pain, I could barely move. The staff is very nice, and the facilities and equipment are great. Aisling helped me from the first day with basic exercises and over time helped me build up with tailored exercises and a review of my running and upper body routine. She was very friendly, caring and professional. We identified areas where I needed to focus more and designed a training plan together. I now feel a lot more confident to train and reach my objectives.

I had a great experience with Emily and cannot recommend her enough. In addition to being very knowledgeable, she is kind and patient, really listens to your concerns and preferences and gives great personalised advice. She's made the whole process easy and enjoyable and the small tweaks she suggested were easy to incorporate into a busy schedule. Told me it would take 10 mins to get my prescription and they ended up making me wait 50 mins and then telling me they couldn’t give me one of the medicines on my prescription and couldn’t give me back my prescription. Really rude staff at the pharmacy counter
