I've been using this service for a bit over a year now. From the DBT course, to the post-grad course, as well as 1-1 with Juliet (Psychotherapy) and further coaching from Rya (DBT/CBT). Lovely staff and people!

The staff at Nuffield are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The young man at reception is an example of what we should all strive to be. I was utterly impressed by his empathy and willing to help the elderly patients around him.

Very lovely and caring people who do nothing but their best to get you the right person. My husband needs are complex as he has physical symptoms because of what we think is cptsd. Dr Samnani completely understood and came along side him with care, compassion, gentleness, intelligence, all whilst being super clear, firm, and challenging where needs be. This all happened in only a 30 minute session. I’m looking forward to the next sessions he has with her.

From arrival to leaving the appointment, the staff are very respectful, welcoming and helpful. They also so a personable caring approach making you feel important as a person. This questionnaire hasn't allowed me to give feedback back for the therapist I have been seeing and saw today. I have had 25 weekly 1-1 therapy sessions (going to fortnightly recently) since 08th October 2024 with Alison Sampson. I would like to say she has turned my life round like no other therapist over the last 25 years has managed to do. She is the only person who understands my mental and ADHD wellbeing and characteristics. She has been amazing. Being able to read my face from when I first meet her at reception at an appointment on how my mood / inside I am feeling is an obvious skill she has. Then being able to support and suggest coping strategies and approaches based on my persona, is something I have never experienced before.

Marrissa has been such a huge help in my therapy journey. She is so easy to talk to and gets me thinking in ways J never thought possible. The clinic is very welcoming and easy to access. It was a quick turnaround time and easy to book an appointment. I would recommend talking therapy to anyone looking to improve their mental health. And I would highly recommend Marrissa, she is so skilled and amazing at what she does.
