I have worked with Leila Chaitoo on a one to one basis along with the DBT skills group for a year now and have completed the 4 modules of the DBT programme, Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness. I can honestly and sincerely say that after decades of mental health problems,the therapy I undertook with Leila and the group DBT programme from has changed my life in practical and profound ways. From severe depression, destructive behaviours and suicidal ideation to an inner calm and the confidence that I can cope with the ups and downs of daily life. I am now able to regulate my emotions, and tolerate distress in a way I could not have imagined before. I hope this review will give other people the confidence to undertake the group skills group and one to one with a mind-reframed therapist.

Very friendly Clinic both the reception and Osteopath David Propert. I’ve Been coming to the Clinic since 2021. Value David’s expertise and treatments for various ailments over the years. David was recommended to me and I would definitely recommend David and Calmer Clinics.

Dr Dimitra Metheniti was excellent and our son felt very comfortable to open up and share his feelings during the 2 hour session. We feel we have come away feeling that the next steps are clear and it has brought us a huge amount of clarity.

Dr Kenneth Lee, at the London Psychiatry Clinic, has been brilliant throughout the journey of diagnosing and medicating my son, who has ADHD. Dr Lee has been professional, kind, caring and overall brilliant with my 11 year old.

It was good

I turned to Weightmatters for psychological therapy with the hope of "rewiring" my thinking, especially around how I used food to cope with emotional pain. At the time, I was uncertain and even skeptical about whether real change was possible. But looking back now, I hardly recognize the version of myself who first walked through those doors. The journey has been transformative, and I'm deeply grateful for the support and guidance I received.

Supremely grateful to have had the privilege of working with Thomas. His focus on results, all while giving me the space to learn and fail as I went on this journey, was transformational. I feel like I have been reeducated and I now have the tools to do what is right by my body and mind.
