I went to see Dr Singh in Chiswick after both my GP and my local NHS hospital could not figure out what was wrong with me. He undertook a through history and examination and asked the question that no one else had - why? Why had I lost weight, had pain around my hips, fluid around my lung and heart. He made a diagnosis (PMR and GCA) and this was proven correct by the rapid investigations he undertook. He started me on treatment and I immediately felt better within 24 hours. What I especially appreciate was that he arranged transfer into his NHS clinic in order to access specialist biologic medication and throughout the entire process, he always kept me informed & uptodate. I started off as a medical mystery & flummoxed both GPs and consultants at my local hospital. It shows the expertise and skills that Dr Singh has that he was able to give me a diagnosis virtually instantly and set me on the path to recovery.

The medical support by Dr. Ajai Seth is excellent. He takes all the time that is needed to answer my questions sharing his profound knowledge in a way that is relatable to me. As a patient I feel taken seriously with my concerns. His support staff is very friendly.

I had been very anxious and worried of my symptoms and possible diagnosis and treatment. But I found Dr. Farah nothing short of what everyone had already said about him - great listener, very patient in hearing your concerns and responding to them with detailed responses so you understand well. I felt heart, cared for and definitely helped me calm down my worries. Looking forward to feeling better with his guided support.

Dr Mahmud impressed me with the thoroughness of his approach. The osteoporotic range is wide and I had been confused by seemingly conflicting advice I had been finding online and from other non specialist medical professionals. I wanted to find out what I should be doing for my bones. Dr Mahmud, in getting me to complete a questionnaire in advance of our consultation, delving into details during it and liasing with my GP for bloods and bone marker tests to be done, is taking time to fully gauge where my bones are at. I am confident that the treatment be subsequently recommends will be both informed and specific and the right thing for me. I have also been impressed with the efficiency of his secretary in aanswering questions and dealing with admins such as producing letters. I am also satisfied that LOC represents good value for money. The initial consultation fee I paid, includes an opportunity to explore best nutrition with a nutritionist and I can also join online bone strengthening exercise classes - as many as I wish! It is early days in my experiwnce of LOC but so far I could not have been more impressed. Thank you, LOC, for making me feel calmer about my recent quite bad dexa scan results and more positive about treatment going forward...
