Miss Stella Ivaz is an oustanding Doctor, Consultant & Surgeon. Having to have sensitive surgery, I was particularly nervous yet thorough in finding who I believed would be the best Doctor for the procedure. Stella was very detailed in her explanations and made sure I was fully comfortable with everything, whilst being very clear and firm in her recommendations. Stella performed what I believe to be the most perfect piece of surgery, her skill and care in making sure everything so neat and precise is genuinely oustanding. I would recommend her to anyone looking for such skills, whether you are male or female.

Dr Chitale demonstrated reassuring competence throughout our interactions. He was patient and thorough in explaining the various surgical and non-surgical options, guiding us toward a decision we felt fully comfortable with. The procedure itself, as well as the post-operative care, were excellent.

I just wanted to write to say a huge thank you to the Urology Department, and Mr. Gordon in particular, for the care I have received over the past few years on my kidney stone journey. Mr. Gordon has been exceptional in his care for me. He has always treated me with respect and care, taking time to reassure me and answer my questions, and respecting my own views and opinions about my treatment. He is obviously a very skilled and experienced surgeon, yet he always listened to me and made me feel that my treatment was a shared choice, and I am so grateful for his care.

I received excellent care from Mr Khan and his team. Mr Khan was always very clear and explained well the procedure that I required - which went perfectly. I would highly recommend Mr Khan, as I couldn't of wished for a better experience or treatment.

Prof Chinegwundoh was incredibly professional and thorough in explaining my condition, taking the time to ensure I fully understood everything. His calm and friendly manner made me feel genuinely cared for, and he provided clear, reassuring guidance on the next steps. I truly appreciated his patience and attention to detail—it made a real difference during a stressful time. Highly recommended.
