I honestly can’t recommend Ms Naomi Neal enough, she was absolutely amazing with my mum who has suffered with UTIs most of her life and had come to terms that this was going to be normal at her stage of life, Ms Neal put her at ease straight away, explained everything and was so professional. My mum left feeling very positive that Ms Neal could improve her quality of life with treatment and a preventative plan going forward. Mums comment when leaving was she was so pleased that she had gone and that it was a relief to had now found Ms Naomi Neal as her doctor for anything urology related.

Fantastic experience with Mr Varun Sahdev. His mannerisms were professional at all times, and demonstrated patience and empathy to my situation. He never saw my diagnosis as something to be embarrassed or ashamed about. He patiently talked me through the procedure, outlining the risks clearly and ensuring I was well-informed of everything that would be going on both pre and post surgery.
