I just wanted to write to say a huge thank you to the Urology Department, and Mr. Gordon in particular, for the care I have received over the past few years on my kidney stone journey. Mr. Gordon has been exceptional in his care for me. He has always treated me with respect and care, taking time to reassure me and answer my questions, and respecting my own views and opinions about my treatment. He is obviously a very skilled and experienced surgeon, yet he always listened to me and made me feel that my treatment was a shared choice, and I am so grateful for his care.

I have found that in all my interactions with Hamid he has been thoughtful, considerate and efficient. Just occasionally I have had to double click on some of his advice to get better clarity on some of the advice or explanations

Mr Moschonas kindly conducted initial consultation within days of first contacting him, he was professional, compassionate and thorough in his assessment.

Excellent. Dr Hussain was clear and conscise in everything that needed to be done. I was advised on what procedures would need to be done and which would work best. Communication after was great. Was advised on next course of action and the consultations were never rushed.

Dr Hayat, took time to ask questions and understand my daughter's symptoms, he was very kind and considerate, making her feel comfortable and at ease. He explained things very clearly and was reassuring about future tests. I would highly recommend Dr Hayat.
