My skin flared up on my face which was particularly uncomfortable and debilitating. Dr Mounsey offered me an online appointment and took time to find out about my health and circumstances. He is a very kind clinician with a great deal of knowledge in his field. He talked me through the options available. Once we had agreed on a plan he explained how the medication would work. The following morning the treatment arrived. My skin quickly settled as he said it would and I made sure to follow his advice. He checked up on my progress and we agreed a follow-up plan. Dr Mounsey has an excellent bedside manner with the right balance of support and expertise. I recommend him very highly and I would definitely seek his advice in the future.
